| Breakfast at Outer Island is quite special, made fresh from our own seasonal eggs, herbs, fruits and vegetables. Be sure to treat yourself to our hearty Outer Island-style breakfast during your stay! We do not require you to request your breakfast at the time of your booking; however, we do require advanced notice. |

| A valid credit card deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking for our weekly stays. Payment in full is then due 30 days prior to stay. Both deposit and balance are non-refundable. This credit card number is also required to cover damages, should any be incurred. Damages will be charged according to the current repair or replacement value of the item(s).

B&B Stays (individual room stays)
September-June
We have two rooms available for B&B stays between September and June.
B&B stays offer shorter-term stay flexibility during this season and provide our guests with:
- Private bathrooms for each room
- Access and use of the main living room and common area
- Woodstove, TV/VCR/Stereo, games and books in common area
- Complimentary coffee and tea
- Mini fridge
- Microwave
- A full Outer Island-style breakfast
**Cooking and kitchen facilities are not available to our B&B guests.

A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking for our B&B stays. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of the deposit, less 20% service charge, if cancellation is made 7 days prior to date of stay.
