Deposits:
For weekly rentals:
A valid credit card deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking for our weekly stays. Payment in full is then due 30 days prior to stay. Both deposit and balance are non-refundable. This credit card number is also required to cover damages, should any be incurred. Damages will be charged according to the current repair or replacement value of the item(s).
For B&B stays:
A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking for our B&B stays. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of the deposit, less 20% service charge, if cancellation is made 7 days prior to date of stay.
- As we have many animals on the farm, we do not allow guest pets to stay
- Tenting is not permitted at Outer Island.
- Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
- Families are welcome.
- Whispers after 11:00 pm. As this is our family home and a working farm, we are up early so ask for quiet after 11:00 pm.
- The swimming pool is for use by all residents and guests at Outer Island between the hours
of 10 am and 8 pm.
- Guest visitors are welcome during the day when pre-arranged with residents.
