1. Deposits:
    For weekly rentals:
    A valid credit card deposit of 50% is due at the time of booking for our weekly stays. Payment in full is then due 30 days prior to stay. Both deposit and balance are non-refundable. This credit card number is also required to cover damages, should any be incurred. Damages will be charged according to the current repair or replacement value of the item(s).

    For B&B stays:
    A deposit of 50% is due at time of booking for our B&B stays. Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund of the deposit, less 20% service charge, if cancellation is made 7 days prior to date of stay.

  2. As we have many animals on the farm, we do not allow guest pets to stay
  3. Tenting is not permitted at Outer Island.
  4. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
  5. Families are welcome.
  6. Whispers after 11:00 pm. As this is our family home and a working farm, we are up early so ask for quiet after 11:00 pm.
  7. The swimming pool is for use by all residents and guests at Outer Island between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm.
  8. Guest visitors are welcome during the day when pre-arranged with residents.
